  • Wish I could give this place 1,000 stars. AWESOME customer service. I was on the hunt for a Canadian brand jacket and found they had the best prices. I made the purchase but found out shortly after that they're unable to ship it to the US (due to a specific customs issue with the fur hood, not their fault). I called Olivia and she helped me through the entire process. She even agreed to put my item on the side (it was on sale, I didn't want it to sell out) until I figured everything out. VERY accommodating, sweet, and professional. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Great selection, great prices. -a VERY happy US customer
