| - This is very simple, very healthy and very good! You walk in, place your order, pay and find a seat. If you choose the Asian grill you take a very large bowl and fill it with a wide variety of biased sliced, fresh veggies. I added baby bok choi to my mix. Then you request beef or chicken and order your drink and seat yourself. You also must order rice or what kind of noodles- flour or rice and which sauce. I chose rice noodles, chicken and teriyaki. There is self serve drinks, chili sauce(s), fried wonton and sweet and sour sauce. They call your name and you are ready to eat in the same bowl you used to select your veggies. I like to eat Asian food with chop sticks. I also dip the wanton in the sweet and sour- very good! The food is cooked perfectly, neither under nor overcooked. Kinda of a small meat portion but that's fine with me. The chicken was cooked perfect, the beef thin sliced and tender as it should be. I would have liked a shrimp choice but that's not the case. You can also order egg rolls and other standard side dishes. All-in-all the food was good, the bowl holds so much you need to take some home. I highly recommend Mu Shu, it is nice, clean, the Asian staff is friendly and there was a beautiful water color painting on the wall.
