rev:text	We frequent this petsmart location regularly for their great selection on items. They are close to sherway, Walmart, and really convenient while trying to get all your shopping done and get the quick guilt gift for leaving the dog at home. We have had only good things to say about this PetSmart location until today....... We booked an appointment to get our 20 lbs dog's hair cut. The price quoted was $60 for the bath, haircut, cleaned ears and clipped nails. It sounded like a great deal. We went in for our appointment and were about to hand over our dog when we watched one of the very docile dogs being treated quite horribly. One of the groomers took it upon herself to yell at this dog and forcibly push it about 3 times while trying to work on it. We watched this behaviour and decided that this certainly wasn't how we wanted our dog to be treated. We understand training and the absolute need for dog discipline. Our dog is quite well trained and we are stern with him when the need arises. This was not a training moment nor an issue of discipline. It was simply a case of what appeared to be a frustrated employee make an already uncomfortable and stressful moment for a dog into an even more stressful one. We left and asked that our appointment be cancelled. I'm not here to tell you not to go to PetSmart or to tell you that I won't be going - I will go there and I will use the store for purchases. This one employee has given me as a potential customer a reason never to use the grooming, hotel or daycare services at this store. I did however, speak to a manger named Tammy who genuinely seemed to care about the issue and assured me that she would take corrective action. I gave this review a one star because this isn't a place where clients speak for themselves. They are dogs who love us and are loyal as hell. No one should teat them improperly.
