Time Warner Cable has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever come across. First, it takes about 5 minutes for you to get past the computer generated inquiries just to be able to talk to a live person, then they transfer you around from department to department despite the fact that they are told up front what assistance you need. I am SO glad that I am moving out of state and will not have to deal with them again EVER! TWC is ridiculously expensive for what services you do get, and it seems that idiots run the show at this company. I would not even give them one star but this is the lowest rating you can give.
