  • Dr. Lou is one of the nicest and kindest Doctors I have ever meet. I trusted him the moment i started talking to him. He carefully listened to my concerns and assessed the situation. His eye exam was thorough. He patiently worked with me till we were both satisfied with the results. Once he determined my prescription, we talked about the reason I am having eye problems and how glasses would help. I knew my vision was getting worse and in addition when I was tired I experienced double vision. He talked about what to expect with the glasses and what the future could hold if my eyes change even more. He was very truthful and encouraging. Although I hope my eyes don't get worse, I am still thankful that Dr. Lou honestly answered my questions. If you are looking for an optometrist you can trust 100% , call Chandler Costco at 595 S Galleria Way. (His office is inside Costco)
