  • Stuck on the freeway and called for a tow at 5am. Was told would be there by 6:15am and tow truck had been dispatched. No tow truck at 6:30 so called and they told me driver decided to turn around and go back because their shift was going to end soon. So now it would be by 7:15. Call at 7:15am and told that truck is 10 mins away. 7:25am told the truck is a few minutes away, max 10 mins. Call the roadside assistance at 7:30am that requested this company and they called and was told that it would be 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, they show up at the delivery address not where the car is. It's now 8:22am and it's been over 3 hours and they say they're 15 minutes away. Do not use this service ever. Update. 4 hours to get tow truck.
