  • Your lease is invalid. If you make them mad they will threaten to tear it up to make you give in and hand them money. Air conditioners break. Outlets don't work. The office yells and intimidates the residents and then they loose the paperwork. Even if you keep a copy for yourself they will just tell you it is invalid and you now need to sign a new contract at a higher rate than 2 months before. Just give them your bank card. It's easier that way. The actual apartments are ok. But it's really loud there and most apartments face the parking lots. Maintenance is a total joke and your lease will just disappear into thin air if you complain. I thought it was a mistake the first time.. but then it happened again... and again.
