I purchased bridesmaids' dress through this store several months ago. I was pregnant during the time. My other bridesmaid and Bride called this store total of 4 times to make sure there is no charge when we need to exchange dress size (Not alteration just size change) and all of them said there is no charge.
At the day of purchase, I asked Pamela to made sure I can come back and change the dress size for free again, and she clearly said no charge, I can come anytime before wedding day to exchange the dress to different size if needs to be.
My size changed after I had my baby, so I went back to get different size of the dress. As soon as I walked in Ingrid said "Hi, what are you here for." like I am not supposed to be there. I asked for size change. She goes "Is it been 3 days? Because we can't do exchange after 3 days." I was upset as soon as I heard it since I made sure many times there is gonna be no charge. I explained I was pregnant at the time all of us went to get dress. She said "Oh I see. We normally can't but I will make exception for you." and she started to do her thing with system.
They did not even had wedding date right. I was charged rushing fee since wedding date is soon.
Ingrid's attitude was not great from the begging of my visit. I did not feel any comfortable from her customer service.
Don't trust anybody there. They all lie. I am extremely upset about their lack of customer service and giving customers faults information.
