  • She did a good job on my nails , I give her a 4 but their customer service SUCKED! I didn't feel welcomed at all, the guy was like" what do you need" "go pick your color" not even a hi welcome,nothing. As I'm doing my nails the nail technician was smacking and pushing my hands away I literally had enough & told her to be nice. She then claims she was sick & tired and she should've stayed home. While being there 2 ladies had an appointment the guy scheduled them at the same time he didn't apologize and didn't admit he was wrong at all..gladly the ladies were understand she said she would reschedule. I know there job is hard and handling a lot of people I don't expect a luxury service but customer service isn't too much to ask for, if any of you can recommend a good nail place please let me know
