  • There is one word to describe my ONE month of living at this community: inconvenient. Don't get me wrong the property is beautiful with nice classy looking apartments, nice pools and facilities. But pair that with shitty and I mean shitty management, it will completely change your living experience. The first week I moved in I had no hot water. They told me this was an emergency situation and they would have somebody out immediately. Good thing it wasn't a real emergency. Then my washing machine which was brand new might I add didn't work for two weeks. Then there was a sewage problem in a brand new building. Thankfully with a lot of prodding I was able to use a bathroom in a neighboring unit. However when I got up this morning to go to work, somebody was cleaning it. Now I'm without a restroom for God only knows how long because everytime I talk to the girls in the office they say I don't normally work at this office. I will have somebody call you. However the dozen times I have done that o have yet to receive a call back. I have to be persistent. Not to mention...with all these repair men that keep coming they keep blocking my garage and missing the most important interview of my life. And according to management this is the only place I can park without getting ticketed or towed. Wish I could give this place negative stars because that's exactly what they deserve. It's especially sad that this is the second management team in the place. I could do a better job than this. Save your money.
