  • Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not once did I feel tricked into signing a contract. Even though I didn't move forward with them I still want to give them 5 stars. Customer Service was great. For anybody wondering why I didn't sign a contract: We already had an active Monitoring account. If we didn't I would have chosen Synergy.
