  • I really wish I could give this place 5 stars, such a let down. After doing lots of research on different lash places and deciding whether or not it'll be worth it, I finally bit the bullet and decided to give extensions a try. I found this place on yelp and their pictures on Instagram looked very promising. I was very excited after hearing how painless it was supposed to be but it was the total opposite. I got my lashes done with Sandy, she didn't really seem to have much care in the style of lashes that I wanted and let me tell you, they did NOT come out the way I wanted them to and I don't think I should've paid the price I paid. I tried to show her more pictures but she seemed to be in a hurry just to get me done. I even showed her pictures of her OWN work and told her that's how I want my lashes to look. Before we got started, I asked her if she could use the sensitive glue because I have very sensitive skin, she tried to talk me out of it and told me she would just mix it with the regular glue. That was irritating and strange. You'd think they'd meet your health needs especially when dealing with your EYES. Not once did she ask if I was okay, my eyes were burning throughout the whole process (I'm guilty of not having said anything but this is only because sandy told me it's normal for your eyes to water). I told her it was my first time and she did not talk me through the process or anything. My eyes would not stop watering and she did not do much about it. My eyes continued to burn and water even after the procedure. When I woke up the next morning to open my eyes, they started to burn again and my eyes wouldn't stop tearing. It felt like the glue would drip into my eyes and it was so painful!!! I'm having an allergic reaction that could have been AVOIDED if sandy listened to me and used sensitive eye glue. It's been three days now and my eyes continue to burn when I open them after waking up and even when I shower or wash my face. I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received and how my lashes turned out. I REGRET getting my eyelash extensions here because they ruined my first impression on it, and it has been extremely painful. Sandy did not go over the aftercare procedure, she handed me a piece of paper that had instructions and the only advice she gave me was "don't get them wet for 24 hours." Such a disappointing experience for a promising place.
