rev:text	Jojo's is a top notch vape store, suitable whether you are an absolute beginner or a veteran cloud chaser. I'm some where in between that. I wish when I first started vaping, I had a store like Jojo's to go to. Diving into the world of vaping can be pretty intimidating when you first start, but Jojo's is a very inviting and welcoming experience. One of my absolute favorite things about this shop is that all of their juices are made to order. You can mix any flavor combination your heart desires. This is common in other states, but Cleveland hasn't caught on for some reason. Jojo is definitely ahead of the game here! The juices they offer are also high quality, at outrageously affordable prices. And the customer service...where do I start? First off, customer service isn't even really the appropriate term because you are treated like a friend. Jojo, the owner, obviously truly and genuinely cares about every patron that walks through the door. As I was being waited on, he knew and greeted every patron that walked through the door by their first names. It is very plain to see that he is truly dedicated to helping people stop smoking cigarettes, and it's awesome. Even though I know a decent amount about vaping, I'm by no means an expert and he took a good amount of time explaining how to operate the new set up I bought. As someone who has been to well over 30+ vape shops in the past three years, I truly appreciated this because it's the first time it's ever happened for me. Last but not least, the pricing. The pricing is outrageously competitive. The set up I bought cost me $87 before taxes before walking out the door. He threw in a couple of extras at no cost. Out of curiosity I looked up what it would have cost me online to purchase the same set up. Dollar to dollar it was about the same price, which is absolutely unheard of at a brick and mortar vape shop. Add in the fact that if I ever have any questions or issues with the device I purchased, I can walk back in and get help and the value is significantly higher than anything I could ever purchase online. And did I mention they mix their juice made to order!?!?!?
