Super upset at the lack of customer service. Just because we aren't able to CHOOSE a different company doesn't mean we should be treated like a numbered complaint. There are a lot of hard working people who need better from you. After being on hold for 40 minutes then being told there is nothing you can do, which I know there is, by someone who acted like I was wasting her precious time is unacceptable. Then I email my complaint about the ordeal and I get an auto reply that I need to call your customer service. No. That's like choking on water then being told to drink water. Get it together. Your customers deserve better.
