  • This is the worst place of business that we have been in , my wife and I were in a car wreck that required surgery and due to the medical affects we lost so much. We only have one income and our marriage took such a hard strain. So we booked a session at the location on Dobson. We arrived and was greeted after 8 min of entering. We told you clerk what we wanted, she sat us in back and spoke about the areas that needed attention. We told her my wife has been under tremendous stress, the wreck ,loss of our child and she needs to just be able to de-stress. So as my wife was being taken to the back by Bianca, I went and paid at the desk and left a tip. She took my card and charged 70.00 after 30 min she came to the back and said she did the transaction wrong and it paid for another guest. She said that manager came in and voided it out, so I said show me, but she said she could not. I paid the same amount in cash. She said it would be refunded. The next day nothing was returned so we called was told that a manager would call us. We waited another day and no call. So we went back to the shop and spoke with Lindsey she stated that there were no notes left and she did not see any refund issued. We were livid. She said she would try and fix it. So we left. Later we called and was told a manager would call or the owner. No call, my wife was so frustrated that it went from a blessed gift to a ending explosion that caused to much more tension and anger. She stated that massage envy really did not care about people and took our money .As I looked at the reviews I'm not shocked. I called Sunday and was told again that a manager will call. So I stated we have been told that before. So I want all to know and we will be filing a civil lawsuit or small claims court. It's just wrong to be dishonest and steal people's money and have staff that lie to customers.
