| - I made it a point to go there, today, after having driven by it a few times. As you pass it on the street, you could assume that it is a small place, but, that's not the case with this gem of a place!
It's more like three or four little sections that are connected, plus a gallery directly across the hallway.
Laughingbrook is quite unique in that, it's not full of generic or, typical (though, not knocking) Chakra/New Age-esque stuff.
They feature more European-based, hard to find (sea urchin spine, much?) curios. As well as primitive decor, wall hangings, books, candles, oils, and the most beautiful handmade brooms I've ever seen.
The store's manager (Frankie) was beyond friendly, even offering me a tea!
This time, I just got some delicious-smelling (anise) handmade black soap and some oils, but, I love this place and will return, likely for some unique decor...
