  • Don't even think about it. Cheap places but you get what you pay for and they will try and nickle and dime you. I personally paid to have the carpets cleaned when I moved in cause the previous job was so bad, then they demanded I do it when I moved out. When i explained it to them and that i never had to do this in any other apartment i thought everything was cool, then i get a charge from a collections agency about that and rent that they claimed i didn't pay when i always paid on time. they are pretty horrible people. honestly, they owe me hundreds of dollars
