  • Totally dismissed our concerns about idle and fan not working well. Told us nothing they could do. I guess we will go to another dealer then. Asked for a car wash to be done and return after the call and confirming everything done to find out reception didn't bother to check. So we are waiting now for it to be finished. They took a cloth to the side and wiped the car. It's worse then when we brought it in. One dirty strip is what they call a wash. Edwin says it's a complimentary wash not a detailing.
