  • Just moved into the area and needed an oil change so I made an appointment to come in at 11:30 Monday. When I arrived they did not have my appointment in their book, they did call around to see if it was at another location which it was not. They said they would try to fit me in during the day. Then when I presented them with a free oil change card from a different Big O location they said they couldn't take it. The two people that were there ( one was Bruce) really didn't seem to care at all very matter of fact. With all the business that I have given Big O between me and my children over the years will now go to a competitor that is more customer service orientated. I would not recommend anyone go there for service and based on previous reviews I am not alone.
