Liars and crooks. That is what Sprint is as a company, and this is who you will have to be to work as a Sprint employee.
These unethical crooks told us we would be paying less than $170 for our bill. We get to the next month and our bill is over $300. Contact Sprint to make sure we'd be receiving a credit for the remaining amount and find out that we're actually contracted to pay $165 for the service alone, not including taxes, fees, insurance, and the lease amount for the phones.
The people at this Sprint store 'accidentally' created an additional plan. (Quota?) Beyond that, when asked if we will receive the credit, we were given the run around for over 2 hours (and counting, we're still on the phone!). Thanks Andrew for turning your quota fulfillment into our headache.
Further, the retail reps sold us on screen protectors that they knew were defective. I had to go back once to replace it because it wouldn't stay on my phone. Gina told me it's because I don't use my phone enough; the heat from use will help the protector stick. Two days later, the thing falls off my phone while I'm on the phone and cracks on the ground.
So I'm out $50 so that Gina can reach her accessories sales quota or get a commission? Talk about short term gains...
