  • Superb staff, especially the kind empathetic front desk who ckd me in after I arrived on a medical evac from Kabul. She took one look at me and made me tea! Room was super clean; bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. I had no rsvn in Toronto and went to the Sheraton, where the not helpful desk staff would not give me the internet rate for an 8 hr stay but told me I could book it myself in their lobby. I was able to wheel my luggage cart straight into my room at the Alt, saving me the impossible task of maneuvering it in the morning for my cnx.+saving me another $70 on the room rate. The array of fresh, organic and even gluten free options for food allowed me to have breakfast and a take away lunch for less than what the other hotel charges for their so-called breakfast. Stayed Sun Sep 24.This place is the best!
