  • Visited over a week ago to try lash extensions for the first time at this place (dumb impromptu decision)... They lasted around a week before they started falling out and turning sideways and upside down!!- I was told they would last at least a month... I went by today to get one eye fixed as some lashes were literally upside down only to be given attitude by the ladies at reception... They insisted that it has to be the same technician that had to fix it for me (oh and did I mention I would still have to pay to get it fixed?) ... When I asked for someone else I was told that there is no one there currently who can help with lashes and to come back tomorrow... (Sorry I don't have time to work around your schedules!!) L'attitudes is regretfully full of bad attitude and that's too bad....Won't be coming back here and making sure no one I know does either! Expensive for the inadequate job that was done and worst customer service!
