  • The Asian lady at the front is beyond rude!!! Every. Single. Time. We go!! She has an attitude and does not make you feel wanted at all. Every body else is amazing there but the lady up front. I definitely recommend everybody else but the receptionist is the worst. When cancelling an appointment all she said was "okay. Bye. *hangs up*" not even ask to reschedule or if everything was okay. F**k her, she is the rudest person and should not be anywhere near customer/patient service!! I'm sure everyone can vouch for that as well. She is the reason why I HATE going to this place but seriously, if you can get over her... the nurses and doctor are amazing.
