  • I was in the store on Saturday picking up a few things. When you first walk through the doors there is clothing on the floor, tossed on the tables (as if someone was looking at the clothes and just tossed it on the table) there as crumpled up paper in the men's shoe department on the floor also. The second floor was unbelievable, just as soon as you get to the top of the escalator you see clothes laying on the floor under the racks. Housewares department was neat. I returned to the first floor. Cosmetics department was also neat, with some of the associates being very friendly. We won't even address the woman's shoe department, does anyone even work in that area? I pasted on my way to use the restroom which surprisingly was very clean. I'm amazed that this Macys been lowered down to this level. Apparently there is no pride in the management of these departments. It's very sad!
