  • I love Upper Crust. And one thing stuck out to me. The great customer service. My dad recently ordered a calzone with meatball. When my dad got it there was no meatball. Obviously he wasn't upset. He told the waitress and the waitress told the manager and the manager came over. To see how apologetic he was showed how greatly he cared about the customers. He took it off our bill and offered a new calzone. We didn't need it but it was the kind gesture. Thank you.
