  • Called to have a clean and check done today, was scheduled between 8-9AM. Never showed. I spoke to Jack (the owner) and asked for a discount for the inconvenience. He proceeded to yell at me and told me to go somewhere else, then hung up. I have had 6 furnaces put in by Hogg between my property and rental properties and cannot believe how rudely I was treated after being a long time customer. Buyer beware!
