  • Just bought a 2018 F150 from Surprise Ford yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and fairness I received. Spent a few days emailing the rep, Randy, and we were able to hammer out a great deal. I was happy to see that when I arrived to complete the sale, the dealership honored the deal without trying to add in unnecessary dealer perks that would have increased my price. They went out of their way to provide me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Couldn't be happier to recommend this dealer to anyone. Just follow my advice and do your homework before you commit and you will walk away happy, as I was. Thanks Surprise Ford!
