  • CASINO ONLY I decided to return to the upgraded version of this pathetic place because I was bored and Arizona sucks. With any business there is one thing that must be on point everyday all day.....CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The staff is ridiculously rude and the security staff is extremely bias toward people of darker color and hipsters. It's the same old crap in this casino. The energy is flat and the new look does not a dam thing to help it. When are people going to realize these natives hate everyone and could careless about America or anyone in it that's not native. Negative stars for this establishment from top to bottom. I never had this experience in any other establishment anywhere. Overpriced watered down drinks and poor ventilation.
