After I got home, I received a nice email from the manager. He was very apologetic and even gave me a credit which I did not expect. To have something go wrong and make it right with your customer is something that is rare, and almost more important than getting it right the first time. It shows care and attention to customer service. Nick Thompson is to be credited and when you stay at this Wyndham, you will be taken care of.
That said, the pool and grounds were beautiful and all the staff were friendly and attentive. And I don't care what the others say, the breakfast was pretty good!
