5 stars all the way....theres no menu. Salad bar is NOT your average salad bar. Sushi rolls. Green beans almondine. Asparagus. Meats and cheeses, hard and soft. Jalapeno peppers grilled with red onion and olive oil. Gosh, I cant even remember the entire salad bar. I was stuffed on goodies for sure. At each persons place setting is a small card. One side is red, other side is green. Leave it on red while you enjoy your salad bar. Soup on my visit was lobster bisque. When you're finished and are ready to eat the main course simply turn your card over to green. Now the fun begins. Servers come around and carve meat onto your plate. Use your personal tongs to grab the meat as its shaved off. We had LEG OF LAMB (melted in my mouth but not closer to the center) LAMB CHOPS (waaaay too salty) SAUSAGES. BBQ RIBS. BEEF TENDERLOIN? BEEF TIP? CHICKEN BREAST. PARMESAN CHICKEN. The variety of meats just kep surprising me! When I thought I was done I would see a NEW meat going around! Server was REAL GOOD about bringing me a new plate whenever I saw something I wanted to try. The meats just kept coming! The slices are very small. Dont fret. You WILL get the meat!! Hahaha. I also tried their daily special, costs extra (no idea the cost), which was bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers with cream cheese. Hot and good. Several desserts to choose from. Choose just one. Choc cake. Banana coconut pie. Creme brulee... Uh....cant recall the rest..anyway 3 people. 3 beers and 3 cocktails. Bill was $231. Add tip nearly $300. Worth it. But not every day. Hahahaa. I couldn't understand a word my server was saying but I am sure he said I was beautiful or something like that.....whatever he said it was music.
