rev:text	I would not recommend this office to anyone. I was seen one time by the NP and then I scheduled another appointment because I just moved to Arizona, and I need a new doctor. A few weeks later, I received a bill because my lab was coded incorrectly and my insurance didn't recognize it. I called the office for two weeks straight, trying to figure out what happened. I was continuously told that it was somebody else in the office's mistake and someone would call me back. Weeks went by, I had an unpaid bill because of someone else's mistake and nobody seemed to care. They admitted that they made a coding error, but they were always too busy to get it fixed for me. Finally, I called and cancelled my appointment because I don't trust a practice that cannot fix a coding error or return a phone call. The next week they called to tell me I had an appointment and would get a fine if I missed it-Even though I cancelled it with the front desk! I wrote the office manager a email describing my frustration and she called me back one minute later (Surprise surprise- I get a call back when I send an angry email.) The office manager was exactly how she had been in the past with me, she accepts no fault and is very condescending. In the end, I received no help. It's unacceptable. I'm going to find a new doctor in Arizona, but I hope that somebody will see this and think twice about going here. The office staff is absolutely condescending and incapable of their jobs.
