| - I came here on a business trip from Southern California. I am used to pretty good food. Many 5 star restaurants, blah, blah, blah, brag, brag, brag. I came here expecting below average food, but I was fucking hungry, so what the hell. I think the manager is a guy there named Charles. Nice enough guy. Very friendly, nice small talk, to the point. I figured this guy must be the manager, or a chef. I didn't want to order a steak, cause I was afraid they would fuck it up. I figured if I ordered the salmon, at least if they overcooked it, it would still be edible. Well, it was cooked perfectly! Steamed broccoli was also perfect. I have been here 4 times this trip, and the food has been great each time. Bartenders were very nice, and attentive.
