  • Hands down the best. Alize was the spot for New Years Eve dinner and celebration. Located at the top of the Palms the view was to die for. Besides eating the best french food ive had in a long time, the views of all the fireworks from the other 8 hotels was amazing. Even though it was pricey it beat all the traffic and people on the strip. Toasting in the New Year is an amazing experience you should celebrate with friends. Make sure you book your experience for this coming year.
