rev:text	WASTE OF $86 SERVICE FEE. Called Emergency Plumbing to repair a leaky pipe in the attic. Explained in detail what the problem was and asked if the repair person would have parts available. The dispatcher assured me that their technicians carry spare parts and pre-charged me the $86 emergency service fee. The technician arrives, looks in the attic and tells me they don't work on CPVC for liability reasons but would be happy to quote me a price to re-plum the entire house. It seems that a CPVC discloser should at least be mentioned prior to taking my money and wasting my time.
