I would pick no stars if I could! I have been a monthly member for over a year. I fell into financial hardship and tried to cancel my monthly subscription. I was told that Jim was the only one that handles that. I was told to email him. A phone number was not provided. I emailed him requesting to stop all monthly dues. I had not received a confirmation email after a few days. I called Divine Skin Spa, and I was told that I could not speak to him directly and I would have to wait for an email confirmation. I finally received an email stating something about points. I disregarded this email and assumed the drafts had stopped. December started and I saw that there was a pending transaction from DSS. I called again and got the same run around. They are all capable of signing you up, but stopping the monthly drafts is another issue. I have since gone to my back to close my account, so no monthly draft could happen in the future. I have also filed a grievance with my bank to dispute the charges for November and December.
Poor, poor customer service that does not really help the customer! Very disappointed. DON'T GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO DRAFT YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON!
