  • I would give them zero but there isn't an option. Customer service is horrendous and since they charge more for their products than anywhere else you think they would try to add value by being great at service. Nope!! Don't waste your extra $$ or time to go here. EDIT: so I've been back here a number of times and I want to add that they have some very cool items for sale. I've upped my rating to 3 stars for the variety of fun stuff. The staff, however, is really unknowlegable about the items and about their sales and about their return policy (which I was told is 1 day!!!). I wish they'd educate their staff...or that their staff would try to educate themselves. No work ethic!!
