I was a regular at Gentlemen Joes for the great cuts but after the way I was treated I won't be going back. I don't know who handles the appointments there and I don't really know if they just make it up as they go since it's not listed anywhere but what I do know is that they need to work on their communication skills because when someone "like my self" allows 4 people to go ahead of them so that one barber "Sergio the Manager" can cut their hair that barber should have the common curtesy of letting that person know they have an appointment so that they don't waste hours of their time, like everyone else my times very important to me and for him not to say anything even when he knew I was waiting for him is very disappointing. Thanks for reading. Hope your experience is better then mine.
