The play house is quite small for theater type setting but what a gem of a cultural asset for the area. Although the playhouse is looking for a new larger location, my first time experience here was most enjoyable.
We saw an archapelo group called IMPROMPTU who were excellent. 2 people wheeled in a small cart with popcorn and soda which I thought quite homey and mom and pop like.
One gentleman held a 50 50 raffle, 1 $ a ticket for funds for the theater
Parking was convenient as well as restaurants in the area.
This show was $12 a ticket, a short intermission, about 11/2 hours for the entire show.
Seating and lighting were adequate,. The performance made up for the plain ambience. The staff were very pleasant.
I look forward to attend another show.
