  • This review is simply for the customer service. It is, literally, IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone on the phone, ever! We've been calling this place for DAYS to get nothing but endless ringing just to be forwarded to a full VM. If anyone reads these reviews, PLEASE, for the love of all that is lovable, be more conscientious of your phone line and try to pick it up every now and then. I'm just speechless with the fact of how little care is given to your callers! This is definitely a reason why I would not do business here as I, even before actually using your services, am entirely convinced that no one would ever pick up the phone or follow up. It's ridiculous. I just want to keep going on about how ridiculous this is but I think a point has been made.
