Brought our truck in because our light came on. Turns out we not only had a screw in our tire. We were told it would be about 30-45min thing & we'd be called when it's done. We never received a call we actually called after 2hrs and then upon pickup we noticed the light was still on. Someone dropped the ball and failed to inform us that the sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. The service manager didn't seem to worried about it. Just said "sorry" I mean that would have been a sale BUT the shop lost out. Guess they would rather work for free?!? Okay. All in all not impressed but then again it's called Discount Tire.
