Internet sales person quoted a great Out-The-Door price (via email), but when we agreed to purchase, they suddenly added several hundred dollars back on to the price. Talking with Manager Joe Powers revealed that it was a "business decision" not to honor the price ($500 difference) because he could "easily sell the car" for more. The dealership admitted their mistake when quoting the OTD price, but was not willing to correct.
They were also disparaging another dealership who was competing for our purchase (Tindol Subaru, who seems to have an excellent reputation by all accounts).
Overall, it was a disappointing/ time wasting experience with Subaru Concord. Maybe this was unusual, but be warned. Get everything in writing.
