  • We love Dr. Auxier and love the option of Twighlight pediatrics. However, the wait time is becoming a real problem. We had an appointment today. While scheduling it, a note was made that we must be seen within 30 minutes because we must pick another child from school (no other appointment time was available, even though I called at 8:30am, just when they opened the phone line). Arrived early. Were admitted to the room, but then waited for 35 minutes, the doctor did not show up. We had to leave without seeing the doctor (but after having paid the co-pay). No apologies, no offer to come back in 15-20 minutes or to resolve the situation in any way. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I also called them at 5:01pm, just one minute after the office officially closed to see if we can do anything, but the call was forwarded to the after-hours voicemail. I wish they respected patients' time as much as they respect theirs. I searched online to see if there is any other way to contact them except for the phone -- email / automated internet message etc. -- but there is none. So I am leaving a review here, hoping that the staff members will read it and reach out.
