  • Everytime I come here I have a terrible time if its not with brenden breazeale for sale or Joey in service lane. Went to have my birthday oil change and they said that I didn't have service within 90 days of my birthday so I didn't qualify. They then called me back 10 min later saying that they will honor it so I had to call and schedule. After I dropped it off after hours because they did not schedule me with Joey. I told them whenever my advisor is not Joey I always get terrible service and they said yeah we know we get it all the time. When I went to pick up my car the advisor was very rude and seemed like I was wasting his time. Plus the tire psi looked low, so when I asked the service advisor to check the pressure (wasting more of his time) and it was low meaning they didn't Eben check the tire pressurei wonder what else they didn't do. Will never come to Berge again.
