  • Very positive experience even though there were ups and downs. Recently injured my back so really needed to upgrade current 20 year old mattress, john was a great salesperson and really understood what I was looking for and focused on needs. Ended up buying a fabulous one and then 2 for the kids. When my king size was delivered it was 3 inches too small. Seriously? Anyway called customer service and they were excellent and arranged for replacement immediately. After my daughter selected mattress john said she should come back in while we were reviewing some other info because he was concerned the mattress she picked would ultimately be too hard. My son had picked same one but softer and he gave us same price on both so it was really about what was best option. Got a few pillows too. I would recommend.
