  • This is probably my least favorite place. I've been a customer for the last 3 years, paid my bills on time, paid more than I should have been paying, $260 a month. I wanted to down grade my service and for some reason, they refused my requests. I am never home to enjoy the channels I have and the Internet service has failed me numerous times even though I was informed that I have the highest tier of Internet. I have wasted money on this company. The specialist who served me in this store was rude and very unprofessional. She seemed to forget her salary is paid by customers like me. Karma is a bitch, remember that.
