  • We are Marriott Rewards timeshare owners in Shadow Ridge, Palm Desert, CA and always trade our points for Marriott hotel stays all over the world. We have stayed in so many locations worldwide, that it truly is difficult to name them all. We booked this particular location on points because a family member was staying as a timeshare guest, and we were HOTEL GUESTS staying on points (there is a DEFINITE difference). The hotel is adequate with a great location to the strip and free parking. The room we had was a simple basic King Size bed studio type room for my husband and myself. It was definitely adequate, large bathroom, small kitchen facilities and sofa bed. All in all this Marriott property proved to be just OK for our purposes, as it is more for people who are looking for longer term/family accommodations. We prefer the JW Marriotts.
