  • I called ahead to find out if they had a specific product I saw on the website. They did not carry it. The manager said they have another jumbo triple barrel waver in another brand so I travelled out to The Stockyards to purchase it. I got to the store and lo and behold they do not carry such product. The manager was referring to a deep waver. Now if you are unfamiliar with these products you may not understand the difference, but this is a beauty supply store. They should understand that deep and jumbo do not mean the same thing. The words are on the front of the package. It doesn't get much clearer. I was extremely disappointed since I had to travel such a distance to get to the store, especially when reassured by the manager that they carried the product I wanted. Lesson learned: TRUST NO ONE
