I called this company to get a quote to rekey or exchange two locks after losing a house key in the shuffle of my recent wedding. I was told there was an $82 service charge for the first hour (every other place I called was a standard flat $29.99 service charge) and I was offered $15 to rekey each lock instead of replacing them. Someone from the company called me back and at that time I very politely asked to clarify whether they thought rekeying the two locks would take more than 1 hour because I did not want to get stuck with extra unanticipated charges. (I don't think this was an unreasonable question to ask). Out of nowhere the guy's tone completely changed and became extremely impatient and patronizing, stating what I already knew, that the "FIRST" hour was $82 and that if I had two cylinders it should take exactly one hour, skirting my question of whether I would be charged more. Then he started saying something about how his truck's key maker didn't work and he would have to bring the exact keys out and really impatiently asked me to find my current key and read him the serial number. At that point, I just said, don't worry about it I'll find someone else.
