They will do everything to get your deposit I was living in a house for 2 years and when we decided to get another house we painted it and cleaned so the house got in prestige condition just to rent it again. We took pictures before and after but anyway they'll find the way to get your money After 2 weeks I got a call from Kathy Cupich saying they need to charged me $500 because the lamps were dirty !!! And a little plant at the backyard died, Are u serious ??? She is not profesional at all, she is rude and won't allow u to talk So don't waste your time or money get another company Because you going to loose your deposit no matter what don't think you'll get your complete money at the end of your lease
