  • Terrible service. Guy at desk didn't even ask what service I needed just handed me an envelope and said I had to buy and address it. Then gives me a certified mail piece and says to address it. I then tell him I need it there in three days so now I have to fill out a priority mail envelope and discard the envelope I just bough because it doesn't fit. All this time he's acting like I'm the idiot. I use ups stores all the time but wanted to see how far this guy would take it. Never coming back to this store. Worst experience.
